In 1992, the late James Dennard Sr. founded The Original Economy Garage Doors. He became a garage door expert during the 1970s and 80s, having worked for two garage door companies that had since closed their doors. 

Not only did James pour into his sons everything he knew about garage doors and openers, but he also taught them the value of treating people like neighbors, and providing the high quality. In 2023 James handed over the reigns of the business, a legacy that his sons now continue to carry forward. His company motto was, "You can pay more, but you can't buy better quality", a core value that we still observe to this day.
